In late 2021, heavy rains hit Bahia, and the UniãoBR Movement created an emergency hub in partnership with NGOs Liga do Bem, Amigos Solidários, and Cufa Bahia to assist those most affected by the floods. In this emergency aid effort, over 60,000 ready-to-eat meals from Simple Nutri were sent, an effective action in response to the crisis of the moment, with simple production and delivery logistics and easy preparation at the locations of operation.
